This BABY...

IS CRAZY!!!

I just wanted to write a post all about our little Lily. Luke's turn will be next, but right now I have been feeling a little sad at the rapid speed that Lily is growing and changing. Baby's change so much the first year, and I feel kinda sad that nobody get's to see her grow up accept for us. So here are a few highlights of what our Little Lily girl is up to these days. Like I said she is crazy, or rather very energetic, she honestly never stops. Ramsey is always calling her the little party girl because she is always looking for the fun. She crawls everywhere and constantly pulls herself up on everything. Today at church she was entertaining all the people around us by literally trying to launch herself out of my arms and climb over the back of the bench to get to another baby she wanted to play with. Ramsey took her to Elders Quorum and she distracted the entire class by blowing raspberries rather loudly (Ramsey had to leave).

She is always following Luke around and wants to do whatever he is doing. Which usually results in Luke screaming "No baby Nooo" (we went through the phase of him pushing her over constantly, but after about a thousand time outs and finally a "Hurt Bumb" he has stopped and now just screams for me to help) This is Luke's Mater toy that he never plays with, but now that Lily likes it he always takes it and hides it in the kitchen.
She's discovered her love of all things messy

Her in her Princess Bed and above in her new Princess car seat. (watch she'll be a tom boy or something...my worst night mare) I love this picture because it is just a classic Lily smile...sooo cute

So I wish we could come home for a visit tomorrow but since Peter has not bought me my private Jet that he promised me...and I havn't yet figured out how to telaport home..this blog will have to do. I love you and miss you all especially the Grandma's

ANGELA i need you

Well Angela I hope your happy...I told you to come and visit and since you REFUSED, I was forced to color my OWN hair. You're just lucky that I am such a pro and it turned out fine. Seriously though I need you in about another 7 weeks so book your plane ticket!!

Memphis Anyone?

So Ramsey and I went to the Temple in Memphis on friday night with some friends (yah we have those) it was super fun. We went to this restaurant after called the Rendezvous, it's authentic Tennesse BBQ and it's really famous! Before we moved here we saw this show all about southern B-B-Q, and they had this big thing on the show all about the Rendezvous and how old and famous it was for it's ribs. So anyway we went and it was really good, but I swear between the 2 couples we had an entire pig on our table hahaha. I guess what we westerners call BBQ is just "Grilling" and you havn't had BBQ untill you've had southern BBQ so I can now check that off of my list!!!

Ramsey loves his BBQ hahaha

I'm glad everyone's looking out for me

I am laughing my head off right now, I am also glad that all my lovely friends are looking out for me. You see in my last post about going to the zoo I was actually talking about Luke having a meltdown at the zoo and how i could just hurry and leave if he went psycho because I wouldn't be trying to get my moneys worth by staying all day. Well a few of you thought I was having meltdowns and I was going to the Zoo as a day of therapy!!! Well I have to laugh because all though I wasn't talking about me...you must have been really in tune because I have to confess that I DO have the odd meltdown from time to time as well. But i try to be sneaky like Jessica and hide them. So anyway you don't have to worry about the crazy Lady roaming around the Little Rock zoo it's all good... Most of the time and the other times I just miss Raymond

Everyday

A DAY AT THE ZOO!!
The first week we got here Ramsey was trying to be nice (and distract me from the fact that I had no friends) so he bought me a year pass to the Zoo. So we've gone a few times and it's actually been nice because if I catch a wiff of a meltdown, I just pack it up and I don't worry about getting a day's worth. So lot's of days Luke will wake up saying "can we go see the monkeys?"

I did take Lily, she was just asleep in the stroller the entire time.

This is me attempting to get both my kids in a picture at the same time

We have this park we love to go to with an awesome lake you can walk around and then a playground at the end of the trail. Luke can see the park the entire lap around the lake so the whole time I can say "No stay in the stroller, see we're almost at the park." It usually works.

Life in Little Rock...so far

Just a few Random pics of what we've been up to since moving from LaGrande

Lily Girl finally has her own room...

But she prefers cruising all over the house,
usually trying to keep up with Luke!
Luke the Lucky boy who got to go to an Arkansas Razorbacks Football game with Ramsey. I reminded Ramsey like 5o times before they left to get someone to take a picture of them together... I guess i'm lucky that I got this one. Luke loved the game and I guess he was entertaining all the people around him with his dancing.

Just messing around

Miracle of Miracle!!

seriously I can NEVER get a picture of these two together, let alone such a cute one!!
